Glide Xpress Car Wash Springfield Cardinals Ticket Giveaway – Official Terms & Conditions

1. Sponsor
   This promotion (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by Glide Xpress Car Wash (“Sponsor”), located in Springfield, Missouri.

2. Eligibility

   • The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
   • Employees, officers, and directors of Glide Xpress Car Wash and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, siblings, and children) or members of the same household are not eligible to participate or win.
   • All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Giveaway Period

   • The Giveaway begins on April 1, 2025, and ends on or about September 14, 2025 (the “Giveaway Period”).
   • During the Giveaway Period, Sponsor will conduct weekly drawings to select winners for tickets to Springfield Cardinals weekend home games played at Hammons Field in Springfield, Missouri. Sponsor reserves the right to modify the Giveaway schedule at its sole discretion.

4. How to Enter

   • No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
   • Participants may enter by following the instructions provided by Glide Xpress Car Wash (e.g., submitting an entry in-store, online, or via a social media platform, as directed by the Sponsor).
   • Limit one (1) entry per person per week unless otherwise specified by the Sponsor. Duplicate entries within the same week may be disqualified at Sponsor’s discretion.

5. Prizes

   • A total of seventy (70) Springfield Cardinals game tickets will be awarded throughout the Giveaway Period. Each week, three (3) winners will be randomly chosen to receive two (2) tickets each to a designated weekend home game.
   • The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each ticket may vary depending on the game. There is no cash alternative, and prizes are non-transferable, with no substitutions except at Sponsor’s discretion.
   • Any expenses not specifically stated as part of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

   • Each week during the Giveaway Period, three (3) winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received.
   • Winners will be notified via the contact information provided (e.g., email, phone call, or social media direct message). If a potential winner does not respond to the notification within the time specified by Sponsor, or is found to be ineligible, that potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected.
   • Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for each drawing.

7. Winner Responsibilities

   • All winners will be required to provide valid identification and may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility, a liability/publicity release, or other documentation as requested by the Sponsor, except where prohibited by law. Failure to do so may result in prize forfeiture.
   • By accepting a prize, each winner consents to the use of their name, likeness, photograph, and/or biographical information for promotional and other purposes as determined by Sponsor, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

8. Limitations of Liability & Release

   • By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, and employees from any liability, claims, losses, and damages arising out of or relating to their participation in this Giveaway or the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of any prize.
   • Sponsor is not responsible for any entry that is lost, late, misdirected, or damaged. Sponsor is not responsible for any technical or human error that may occur in the administration of the Giveaway.

9. General Conditions

   • Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or otherwise violates these Terms & Conditions.
   • In the event the Giveaway is compromised by unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor, which corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of the Giveaway, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway.

10. Disputes

• Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Greene County, Missouri.
• All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Terms & Conditions, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Giveaway, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Missouri.

11. Privacy

• Any personal information supplied by entrants will be subject to the Sponsor’s privacy policy. By entering the Giveaway, entrants grant Sponsor permission to share their email address and any other personally identifiable information with third parties for the purpose of administration and prize fulfillment.

12. Winners List

• A list of winners may be obtained by sending a written request along with a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Glide Xpress Car Wash, [Sponsor Address], Springfield, Missouri, after the conclusion of the Giveaway Period.

By participating in the Glide Xpress Car Wash Springfield Cardinals Ticket Giveaway, entrants fully and unconditionally agree to and accept these Official Terms & Conditions and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway.
