Spring Promotion Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. Sponsor & Administrator
   This “Spring Promotion” giveaway (the “Promotion”) is sponsored and administered by Glide Xpress Car Wash (“Sponsor”), located at multiple addresses. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects.

2. Promotion Period

   • The Promotion begins on March 1, 2025 at 12:01 a.m. CST and ends on April 30, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. CST (the “Promotion Period”).
   • Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Promotion.

3. Eligibility

   • The Promotion is open only to legal residents of Missouri, Arkansas, Mississippi, or Tennessee who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry and possess a valid driver’s license.
   • Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and those living in the same household are not eligible to enter or to win.
   • The Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant.
   • Existing Glide Xpress Unlimited Members are eligible to enter into this giveaway. In the event an existing member is picked as a winner, they will receive the same complimentary free term of 365 days on the Diamond Ray Unlimited plan. 

4. How to Enter

   • Limit one (1) entry per person during the entire Promotion Period. Multiple entries by the same person will result in disqualification.
   • To enter, participants must provide a valid phone number and agree to receive promotional messages from the Sponsor. Entries may be submitted through the method(s) specified by the Sponsor (e.g., online form, in-store sign-up, etc.).
   • No purchase is necessary to enter or to win. A purchase does not improve your chances of winning.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

   • One (1) potential winner will be selected each week on Friday (beginning the week of March 1, 2025, and continuing for the duration of the Promotion Period) by random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to 11:59 p.m. CST on the Thursday prior to each weekly drawing.
   • A total of 8 winners will be selected (one each week during the 8-week period from March 1 – April 30, 2025).
   • Winners will be notified via the phone number provided at the time of entry. Sponsor may require potential winners to respond within a specified time period (e.g., 48 or 72 hours) to claim their prize. Failure to respond within the required time period may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

6. Prize & Prize Conditions

   • Prize: Each winner will receive one (1) Diamond Ray Annual Car Wash Plan (the “Plan”), valued at $408 (USD). No cash alternative or prize substitutions will be allowed.
   • The Plan is valid for 365 days from the date of activation. After 365 days, the Plan expires, and access to the car wash will be terminated.
   • After expiration, the plan holder may continue service at the current monthly rate for a Diamond Ray Unlimited Wash Plan, if desired.
   • Winners must provide the vehicle’s license plate number to access the member-only lanes.
   • Any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and other fees, costs, and expenses not specifically stated within these Terms & Conditions are solely the responsibility of the winner.
   • Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

7. Conditions of Participation

   • By entering, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotion agencies, and other individuals engaged in the Promotion from any liability or damages which may arise out of participation in the Promotion or out of the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of any prize.
   • Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion in the event of fraud, technical or other difficulties that compromise the integrity of the Promotion or if the Promotion cannot be executed as planned for any other reason.
   • Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process, the operation of the Promotion, or is otherwise in violation of these Terms & Conditions.

8. Publicity Release

   • Except where prohibited by law, entry into the Promotion constitutes the winner’s consent for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, statements, biographical information, and city/state of residence for promotional or advertising purposes in any media without further notice, payment, or consideration.

9. Privacy

   • Personal information collected in connection with this Promotion will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and for the purposes of administering this Promotion, including verifying eligibility, prize fulfillment, and promotional communications, unless you have opted out of receiving such communications.
   • By entering, you agree that Sponsor may send you promotional messages via phone calls, text messages, or emails.

10. General Conditions

• Void outside Missouri, Arkansas, Mississippi, Tennessee, and where prohibited or restricted by law.
• The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
• Any disputes arising under or relating to the Promotion and these Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the state in which the Sponsor is headquartered, without reference to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.

11. Winner’s List

• To obtain a list of winners after the conclusion of the Promotion, please send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Sponsor at the address listed above within thirty (30) days following the end of the Promotion Period.

By participating in the Promotion, entrants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
